He then joined Accenture as a manager, specializing in proprietary engineering techniques to drive labor productivity and cost efficiency in the retail grocery sector. Certified in Maynard Operation Sequence Technique, York executed value proposition assessments and designed workplace strategies that delivered measurable savings.

 York drives organizational assessment, forecasting, scheduling, real-time operations and engagement by addressing inefficiencies, embedding performance improvements and developing predictive models to meet evolving demands 

At Logile, Rob spent more than a decade sharpening his domain expertise in WFM technology. Rising to senior director of pre-sales, he served as a solution architect and account leader for Logile’s enterprise clients, bridging product innovation with real-world implementation. Earlier, as a senior project manager, he led the rollout of enterprise labor models at one of the largest U.S. supermarket chains, experience that would shape his approach to scalable, high-impact WFM solutions.

Now at Highmark, York draws on this diverse background to lead enterprise workforce planning in the healthcare sector, combining cross-industry expertise with deep technical fluency.
