Today, I firmly believe that the technology team must deeply understand the business and remain closely connected to its strategy. When prioritizing technology initiatives, I ensure each one correlates with a strategic indicator and measures its impact on the company’s performance. Technology should be seen not just as a digitalizing tool, but as a powerful enabler of new business opportunities and accelerated growth. This approach helps us navigate daily challenges, seize abundant opportunities, and manage an extensive backlog of business requests in a way that aligns with our overall strategy.

Balancing Simplicity, Scalability, and Data-Driven Prioritization
