Birch Joins Hands with VTech to Support its TotalCloud PBX System
ATLANTA, GA: Birch Communications, Inc., a provider of high-quality communications, network and cloud services announced its collaboration with VTech Communications, a manufacturer of IP based phones to boost Birch’s cloud-based phone system- TotalCloud PBX.

TotalCloud PBX enables employees to access phone system from any internet connection. It helps enterprises routing calls to any extension or mobile device. It helps keeping the phone system accessible even at the time of a natural disaster. With the addition of VTech’s pre-configured SIP-based endpoint devices, Birch will expand its BYOD offering giving its clients a number of device options for system capabilities.
Birch's BYOD program allows customers to significantly reduce switching costs when converting to a cloud-based phone system. When combined with Birch's TotalCloud PBX businesses are equipped with the tools needed to support both organizational and workforce growth, while reducing upfront capital expenditures and avoiding maintenance costs associated with premise-based phone systems.
