CHARLOTTE, N.C: C5 Insight is offering refreshed SharePoint Power User training in its new facility on the University of North Carolina, Charlotte campus in the beginning of spring.  Participants will have the opportunity to spend the day in a hands-on working environment taught by solution experts with a proven track-record optimizing the tool for a wide array of business needs.  This training is ideal for both novice and experienced end users looking to strengthen their skill sets and knowledge of SharePoint capabilities.

Training will be held separately for SharePoint 2010 and 2013 users.  The topics to be discussed include: customizing lists and libraries, workflows and content alerts, creating web and web part pages, site settings and navigation, permissions, social features, and analytics.  Attendees will receive classroom instruction with interactive discussion, and take home materials for additional insights.

“We created this course specifically to educate and empower the users of SharePoint,” noted Managing Partner Curtis Hughes. “From our experience, lack of understanding and engagement within an organization lowers user adoption and ultimately leads to a platform that is not fully utilized.”
