Carousel Industries to Manage Expanding Customer Base for Cisco
FREMONT, CA: Carousel Industries, which solves business problems by consulting, integrating and managing technology solutions has made an alliance to contribute to corporate growth for IT giant, Cisco. Following the agreement, Carousel will cater Cisco solutions to its increasing customer base, while broadening its Managed Services Capabilities (MSP).

The immediately effective partnership with Cisco must strengthen Carousel’s leadership position as a national MSP. Carousel has been invited on board to provide round-the-clock support for customers utilizing Cisco technologies for critical business functions. Under the terms of the new agreement, Carousel is authorized to resell the entire Cisco portfolio of networking, security, data center, and collaborative solutions.
As a deliberate nationwide launch strategy, Carousel plans to deliver Cisco solutions in the northeastern portion of the U.S. As the market expands, Carousel will continue to invest in highly skilled resources, attain specialized certifications, and provide additional services to drive customer success.
Carousel Industries is headquartered in Exeter, RI has offices at 30 locations across the US. With over 1,000 employees, including approximately 250 service technicians, are deployed across the country serving the needs of customers nationwide.
