Cloud4Wi Revamps Guest Wi-Fi to Boost Mobile Customer Engagement
FREMONT, CA: Cloud4Wi, a provider of the services platform based on advanced guest Wi-Fi has released Volare, to enhance in-store mobile customer engagement with existing Wi-Fi networks. The platform allows shopping malls, restaurant chains and retail chains to promote their brands by facilitating guest Wi-Fi, offering unusually good on-site mobile experiences for customers. Volare also helps brands to offer a rapid connection to the Internet and gain valuable customer appreciation.

The Volare Dev Suite includes latest libraries, allowing mobile apps to initiate a mobile engagement campaign using beacons or utilize Volare login services. The platform yields enhanced targeting capabilities letting brands filter target of an in-store, real-time engagement campaign focusing on factors such as location, beacon-presence and demographic profiles.
With an expanded developer suite, Volare connects to marketing service platforms such as MailChimp. The suite uses existing APIs, allowing customers to integrate the platform with their CRM, marketing automation and business intelligence systems. A redesigned management interface delivers the opportunity for IT, channel partners, marketing to manage their own operational and business requirements. Brand owners can now develop an appealing appearance for their welcome portals across all sites, thereby encouraging store managers to promote the local offers.
