Intacct's ERP Cloud Software to Automate ACD's Business Processes
FREMONT, CA: Enterprise Resource Planning aims to streamline and automate businesses’ data collection, storage, management, accounting and inventory management. It has been recently announced that ACD, auto claims technology provider for the property and casualty industry, has resorted to cloud ERP system from Intacct to automate its key financial processes and increase financial insight into important trends and metrics.
Post implementation of the Cloud ERP from Intacct, ACD has been able to improve the overall customer experience in less time through value added reporting and a dramatic cut in the aging of ACD’s A/R. The time taken for manual A/R (Accounts Receivable) and A/P (Accounts Payable) processes has been drastically reduced to approximately 45 hours per month. The ERP system from Intacct has helped ACD to execute more data-driven decisions and also bestowed stronger cash flow out of ACD’s operations while keeping its finance team lean during its continuous revenue growth.
“Intacct brings us tremendous reporting and dashboard flexibility, which lets us understand relationships between business activities so we can think more strategically. In addition, its robust APIs allow us to speed processes and ensure data accuracy by linking directly to our other business systems, even proprietary ones,” comments Kristy Facchini, chief financial officer, ACD.
Intacct is a provider of cloud ERP software that is being incorporated by many organizations in their business processes. The Intacct system service portfolio includes accounting, cash management, purchasing, vendor management, financial consolidation, revenue recognition, subscription billing, project accounting, fund accounting, inventory management, and financial reporting applications, all delivered over the Internet via cloud computing.
