FREMONT, CA: German Salesforce Platinum Cloud Alliance Partner, Oinio, has been acquired by French IT services’ giant, Capgemini; further strengthening their CRM capabilities with certified employees. This business negotiation amplifies Capgemini's potential in providing services around the Salesforce solutions and platform across Europe and Asia. This acquisition fits into the group's digital growth strategy which would include the dynamics like agile innovation to enterprise customers at scale, drive quicker business outcomes and worldwide reach as an opportunity to accelerate its expansion.
Oinio, formerly ITBconsult, founded in Germany in 2000, became a close partner of Salesforce.com in 2007. Since then, the two organizations have worked together as a key provider in the market of CRM cloud-based solutions to a wide range of clients in life sciences, manufacturing, financial services, and telecommunications. The company is an expert in the life sciences and manufacturing arena, and is known for crafting revolutionary market trends in cloud-based CRM infrastructure.
Capgemini’s acquisition of Oinio will boost its Salesforce capabilities within Europe and Asia, allowing it to provide digital transformation services to clients of Salesforce cloud CRM solutions in a better way. Oinio will prove to be a boon to Capgemini and is likely to play a significant role in company’s digital growth.
