Ultra-X Introduces Cloud-based Diagnostic Assistant for Service Technicians
FREMONT, CA: Ultra-X, a provider of hardware and software diagnostic solutions, announces the general availability of CloudOne, a cloud-based diagnostic platform for service technicians. The dashboard provides 24/7 access to comprehensive diagnostics, malware removal, end-customer security protection, and marketing tools to boost computer service and repair businesses.
Ultra-X CloudOne has been designed to provide cross-platform toolsets for PC, Intel-based Apple Mac and Android devices. By performing a multi-point assessment on an end-customer PC, the platform gives update on current health and overall status of the particular device. CloudOne features a toolkit USB which can be downloaded directly from the web and it includes technician console, diagnostics, stress testing, malware scanning, system event calendar, hardware compare tool and more.
With the use of a professional windows diagnostic platform, now service technicians can identify problematic hardware using current remote services. The diagnostic module can directly get installed in the Android device and even be automatically uninstalled on the completion of testing or malware scanning. The reporting for diagnostics and malware scanning is centralized to a single location in the CloudOne platform. The platform comprises of end user applications such as UAV Total Security for Windows and UAV Mobile Security for Android to protect from viruses, key loggers, rootkits, and spyware. Apart from its pre-built features, the cloud-based management dashboard can be equipped with optional add-ons like advanced bootable diagnostic for PC and Apple Mac and advanced network booting.
