Zycus adds Spend Data Visualization to iAnalyze
PRINCETON, NJ: Zycus, a leading player in the source to pay procurement technology solutions, has released the latest version of iAnalyze, its spend analytics solution. The introduction of a new feature, “Flip-to-Chart” will significantly enhance the visualization capabilities of the tool. The tool currently supports a host of advanced chart types to aid in the performance of complex trend analysis.
With a few clicks, iAnalyze generates reports that provide crucial insights to the management at a glance. This new feature is instrumental in detecting the spikes in spend data incurred due to maverick spending. It also helps the Commodity Managers to get insights from various metrics related to their categories to enable them to navigate through the spend data intuitively.
Flip-to-Chart’s advanced analytics and visualization capabilities cater to the requirements of procurement analysts, senior management and the organizational leadership team. Key functionalities of this new feature include the availability of different types of charts like bar charts, pie charts, bubble charts and pareto charts with options for automatic selection of the appropriate chart type based on the selected data type. There are options to make changes to the color schemes of the charts that ensure an alignment with the brand guidelines of the organization. The rounding off functionality ensures easy interpretation of the spend-off data along with options to sort and filter it to narrow down the scope of analysis, based on a user’s requirement. The creation of powerful and interactive dashboards along with the capability to export charts and tables to spreadsheets and other presentation formats is another key functionality of Flip-to-Chart.
"This feature will help customers harness the cleansed data provided by Zycus, combined with the power of the most sophisticated and advanced visualization engines available in the market today to derive insights through the deep industry knowledge that Zycus has of the procurement world," explains Aatish Dedhia, CEO and Founder, Zycus. "Zycus' iAnalyze will continue to build on its own capabilities of combining visualization with procurement intelligence to give commodity managers that extra edge," Dedhia adds.
