AVST to Deliver Cloud-based CX-E Solution

ORLANDO: Applied Voice & Speech Technologies, Inc. (AVST) has announced that its CX-E enterprise class Unified Communications (UC) solution will be delivered from cloud platform. AVST’s latest offering will enable businesses to leverage state-of-the-art, cloud-based UC applications. The company’s flexible new licensing and delivery options will allows users to leverage all the exclusive features, resiliency and interoperability of premise-based solution CX-E after integrating with subscription-based cloud model. The customers will now have the benefits to deploy the CX-E on any of these three network structures ­–premise, hybrid or cloud.

CX-E's new cloud-based model will deliver broadest UC interoperability to any IT Infrastructure including resilient and scalable architecture with enhanced unified and voice messaging services. The avant-grade UC solutions will offer secure UC mobile client for iPhone and Android along with speech-enabled personal assistant and automated attendant system. In addition, it will also feature communications-enabled business process solutions including IVR.

The announcement of revamped and ductile CX-E solution is catering the technological revolutions of UC cloud services. The cloud-based UC end-user spending is expected to accelerate from 28 percent of spend in 2015 to 41 percent of UC spend by 2020. The customers are thriving for the cloud-based acquisition approaches and they are driven by increased end-user acceptance.
