PowerFleet IQ and VeriWise IQ to Improve Asset Utilization across Enterprise Supply Chain
WOODCLIFF LAKE, NJ: I.D. Systems, a provider of wireless solutions for Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), introduces PowerFleet IQ for fleets of forklifts and industrial trucks and VeriWise IQ for fleets of containers, trailers and transportation assets.
PowerFleet IQ and VeriWise IQ are supply chain asset analytics software that will provide a complete view of asset activity across enterprise supply chain. Aiming to improve critical business intelligence, the systems generate asset performance metrics, site-by-site assessments, enterprise-wide benchmarks, and peer industry comparisons. The data will assist facility managers, fleet managers and corporate executives in identifying opportunities to improve asset management through the measurement of asset and system performance on an ongoing basis.
Data is conveyed through Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboards and detailed reports that are automatically emailed to users. The systems begin with data elements such as geographical distribution of asset utilization, asset performance trends, asset performance compared to the user’s enterprise average and peer industry and asset management system health. The software also moves from summary information to detailed data by focusing on tactical details at the site and individual asset levels. The software also identifies best-practice, average, and underperforming fleet facilities and assets.
“Customers can use PowerFleet IQ and VeriWise IQ information to improve asset utilization and reduce costs with full enterprise awareness, and help forecast future asset requirements. Collectively, these capabilities help management improve the speed and quality of their business decisions, and shed light on the outcomes of those decisions, to generate a greater return on investment from corporate assets,” says Kenneth Ehrman, Chairman and CEO, I.D. Systems.
